Project timelines vary depending on scope and complexity. We're experienced in reading architectural and engineering drawings, which allows us to anticipate issues, set realistic timelines, and keep your project on track.

At the start of every project, we establish a clear budget. If the project is completed under that budget — because we managed costs carefully and found efficiencies without sacrificing quality — the savings are split 50/50. We're actively incentivized to protect your money.

Not at all. B&B manages all subcontractor relationships, scheduling, and quality control. You're involved in decisions that directly affect your home — finishes, materials, design choices — but the coordination and daily supervision is entirely B&B's responsibility.
